I found this draft report of 295 pages covering some of the most important activities of the Foundation for Culture and Civil Society that I established in 2003 with a group of senior Afghan cultural and social personalities. This report is a valuable compendium of artists, activities and organizations in Afghanistan in this period, and provides an interesting snapshot of Kabul, and many other places in Afghanistan. It does not include some interesting regional cooperation events we undertook, such as an exhibition in Lahore, another in New Delhi, a theatre exchange project with Tajikistan – and more that I have half forgotten.
